MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS
Bridal Trials and all other Makeup appointments excluding Wedding day Application require a 50% deposit, and a minimum of 48 hours before application to cancel or reschedule another booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. Booking a makeup application can be made up to 1 day before if there is still availability. Bookings are fully secured only upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit, otherwise until confirmation the date will remain available for someone else to book.


WEDDING MAKEUP BOOKINGS
All Wedding makeup Bookings Require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, This is a none refundable deposit. The reason for this is wedding bookings are made far in advance, so cancellations will often result in loss of income for the artist.
​If at any stage after your booking has been made you would like to add another person onto your original booking, it will only be accepted if time/resources allow on the day of the wedding as to avoid jeopardizing the quality of my service. I will also require prior notice and payment in accordance with the terms stipulated here within. 


WEDDING TRIALS
Trials are recommended for all members of your bridal party. Without a trial I will not accept responsibility if a desired look or style does not meet expectations of the bride on the wedding day and a refund will not be offered.


PAYMENT
The invoiced balance sent for all appointments must be payed in full at least 24 hours before the day of your makeup appointment to secure your booking. Payment options include, Direct Deposit or Internet transfer unless another method has been arranged and agreed to by by the artist prior to booking. With direct deposits or transfer payment methods, you are required to email a proof of payment in order to secure your booking. 


CANCELLED BOOKINGS
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your makeup application, please notify me in accordance with the terms listed above.  I will then reschedule your booking or refund your deposit in full.


TRAVEL & PARKING
Travel and E-Tolle Fees will be provided with the original invoice for Makeup application. Parking fees, as well as any other entrance fees are required to be covered by the client during the course of the time scheduled for the makeup application.


PERSONAL INFORMATION
Bianca Anderson requires personal information regarding Allergies or any other Skin Conditions before Makeup application. In no event shall Bianca Anderson have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages during or after the application.


PHOTOGRAPHS
With consent from the client, Bianca Anderson may make use of Film/Photographic records of any make-up applications for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
